1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the Reovan website and any template you buy from us. By browsing the site or completing a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Intellectual property
Every template, design file, graphic, logo and piece of code sold on Reovan remains the intellectual property of Reovan or the original designer, and is protected by international copyright law. Buying a template gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or repackage it as a template, theme or starter kit of your own.
3. Your account
Some purchases require an account. Keep your details accurate and up to date, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion.
5. Refunds
Templates are digital goods delivered immediately, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. The exception is a template that is genuinely defective — if something is broken, email haris@reovan.com and we will fix it or make it right.
6. License and Usage
Purchasing one of our templates, or accessing a free template, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Regular Commercial License. This license allows you to use the template for your own projects or for a single client project.
If you plan to use our templates as part of services delivered to multiple clients, you must purchase an Extended License, available as an add-on on each product page.
Regardless of the license type, you may not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute, or otherwise make the template files available to others, either on their own or as part of another product, template, or downloadable asset.
7. Limitation of liability
Reovan is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, a template. That includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the template in question.
8. No warranties
Templates are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a template will meet your particular requirements, or that it will run uninterrupted or error-free on every platform and browser.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the site and our services without notice if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the templates and delete any copies you hold.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page, so please check back from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
