Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern the services provided by Reovan ("Service Provider", "I", "me", or "my").

By purchasing or using any service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

Services

Reovan provides customized landing page design and development services for lead generation campaigns.

Projects are built using proven landing page structures, design systems, reusable components, and best practices, then tailored to the Client's branding, content, offer, and business goals.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and project details may vary depending on the purchased service and agreed project scope.

Client Responsibilities

To begin a project, the Client must provide all required materials, information, approvals, and account access necessary to complete the work.

This may include:

Business information
Logos and branding assets
Contact details
Images and media
Account access where required

The Client is responsible for ensuring all submitted content is accurate, authorized for use, and does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

Project timelines begin once all required materials have been received.

Delays in providing materials, approvals, feedback, or access may affect delivery timelines and may require the project to be rescheduled based on current availability.

Revisions

Unless otherwise stated, projects include up to two (2) rounds of revisions.

Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments such as:

Text changes
Image replacements
Color adjustments
Minor layout refinements

Requests outside the original project scope may require a separate quote.

Examples include:

Additional pages
Major redesigns
New functionality
Advanced integrations
Booking systems
Membership functionality
E-commerce functionality

Ownership

Upon full payment, the Client owns the final delivered landing page and may use it without restriction.

The Service Provider retains the right to display completed work within portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership does not include Reovan's internal frameworks, design systems, reusable components, workflows, processes, methodologies, or other intellectual property used to create the project.

Third-party software, platforms, fonts, images, domains, hosting services, and other external services remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Project Completion

A project is considered complete once:

The landing page has been delivered
Included revisions have been completed

Any requests made after project completion may be treated as a new project or quoted separately.

Hosting & Renewals

Where included, the first year of hosting is provided as part of the service.

After the included period ends, all hosting renewals, domain renewals, subscriptions, and third-party service fees become the responsibility of the Client.

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

Hosting provider outages
Domain registrar issues
Third-party platform issues
Future pricing changes imposed by third-party providers

Support & Maintenance

This service includes the design, development, and launch of the landing page.

Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, redesigns, platform updates, content updates, and future modifications are not included unless agreed separately.

Any issues resulting directly from the original implementation reported within fourteen (14) days of launch will be corrected at no additional cost.

This does not include:

Client modifications
Third-party platform changes
New feature requests
Content updates requested after project completion

Results Disclaimer

The Service Provider does not guarantee:

Leads
Sales
Appointments
Conversion rates
Advertising performance
Revenue

Results depend on factors outside the Service Provider's control, including traffic quality, advertising strategy, competition, market conditions, offer strength, pricing, and follow-up processes.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of the work, refunds are not available once project work has started.

Refunds are also not available for:

Completed work
Delivered files
Purchased domains
Hosting purchases
Third-party services purchased on behalf of the Client

By purchasing a service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Contra.

Any payment protection, escrow services, dispute resolution processes, or transaction policies are governed by the respective platform's terms and policies.
