Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what personal data Reovan processes, why we process it, which service providers help us operate Reovan, and the choices available to users and visitors.

Effective September 25, 2026

1. Scope and our role

This Policy applies to Reovan's own website, application, accounts, support, billing integration, and Reovan-hosted landing pages.

For account, support, security, and service-administration data, Reovan determines the purposes of processing and acts as the relevant controller or equivalent responsible party.

When a Reovan customer enables a lead form on their published website, that customer decides why the visitor's lead information is collected and how it will be used. For that lead information, the customer is generally the controller/business and Reovan acts as its processor or service provider to provide the form, storage, inbox, and anti-abuse functions.

2. Data we process

Account data

We process information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, account status, plan, and related account settings.

Website and editor data

We process content and configuration you submit to build and publish websites, including page text, business information, uploaded images, styles, website settings, hosted slugs, SEO fields, favicons, and analytics identifiers you choose to configure.

Billing data

Paddle processes payment details as Merchant of Record. Reovan may receive transaction, customer, subscription, plan, status, renewal, and billing-event identifiers needed to activate and administer your Reovan plan. Reovan does not receive your full payment-card number.

Lead data

If a customer enables Reovan lead capture, visitors may submit information such as name, email address, phone number, and message. Reovan stores that information so the customer can view and manage the submission in its lead inbox.

Support data

If you contact Reovan, we process the contact information, subject, message, source page, and related account context needed to respond.

Security and technical data

Reovan and its infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, device or browser information, request metadata, timestamps, security events, and logs to deliver the service, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect users.

3. Why we process personal data

We use personal data to:

  • create, authenticate, and secure accounts;
  • save drafts and publish websites;
  • store and deliver uploaded assets;
  • enforce plan limits and provide paid features;
  • receive and display lead submissions for customers;
  • process support requests and service communications;
  • prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access;
  • maintain reliability, troubleshoot errors, and improve Reovan;
  • administer subscriptions and reconcile billing events; and
  • comply with legal, tax, security, and regulatory obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction and the context, our legal bases may include performing a contract, taking steps you request before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting Reovan, consent, and compliance with legal obligations. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to applicable law.

4. Service providers

Reovan uses service providers to operate the product. At launch these include:

  • Supabase for authentication and application database services;
  • Vercel for application hosting and delivery;
  • Cloudflare for file storage, DNS, security, and Turnstile anti-abuse checks;
  • Paddle for checkout, payment processing, tax handling, invoices, subscription administration, and eligible refunds as Merchant of Record; and
  • Google Analytics only where a Reovan customer configures a GA4 Measurement ID on its own published website.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own and apply their own privacy and security terms. We use them only for functions reasonably necessary to operate the service or functions a customer chooses to enable.

5. Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies

Reovan uses authentication and security technologies necessary to keep users signed in, protect forms, and operate the service. Paddle may use technologies required to provide its checkout and billing experience.

Reovan customers can optionally add a Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID to their published website. When enabled, Google may receive information about visitors to that customer website. The customer is responsible for giving any cookie notice, consent choice, or other disclosure required for its use of analytics.

6. Lead-data responsibilities

Reovan customers must only collect lead information they are entitled to collect and must use it only for lawful purposes. Customers are responsible for their own privacy notice, marketing consent, retention decisions, exports, follow-up communications, and compliance with data protection and direct-marketing rules applicable to their business.

If you are a visitor who submitted a lead to a Reovan-hosted customer website, requests about how that business uses your lead should normally be directed to that business. You may also contact Reovan if you need help identifying the relevant Reovan customer or addressing a platform privacy concern.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account and website data while needed to provide Reovan and for legitimate security, support, legal, or operational purposes. When you delete a website, Reovan removes the associated primary application records and Reovan-managed uploaded website assets. When you delete your account, Reovan removes primary account-related application records and Reovan-managed website assets.

Limited information may remain temporarily in logs, backups, fraud prevention systems, or legally required financial records. Paddle retains transaction records under its own legal obligations as Merchant of Record.

8. Security

Reovan uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data, including authenticated access, row-level database controls, HTTPS, access checks, upload restrictions, anti-abuse controls, and service-provider security measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. International processing

Reovan and its providers may process information across multiple countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we and our providers rely on appropriate contractual, organisational, or legal mechanisms.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, information about processing, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have a right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Reovan account deletion is available from Account settings. For other privacy requests, use the Reovan "Contact us" or "Help" form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

11. Children

Reovan is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly offer Reovan accounts to children under 18.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as Reovan changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.

13. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the Reovan "Contact us" or "Help" form available on reovan.com and app.reovan.com. You can also review the Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
