Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains subscription renewal, cancellation, plan changes, and how refund requests are handled for paid Reovan plans.

Effective September 25, 2026

1. Paddle is the Merchant of Record

Paid Reovan subscriptions are sold through Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for the transaction and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, invoices, billing support, cancellations, and refunds.

Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's buyer terms and refund rules presented through Paddle's checkout and buyer services.

2. Subscription renewal

Reovan paid plans are recurring subscriptions. Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes are determined through Paddle.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so you will not be charged for the next renewal. You normally retain paid-plan access until the end of the period already paid for.

Paddle provides subscription-management and cancellation access through its customer portal and links included in Paddle transaction or subscription emails. Reovan may also provide a billing-management link inside the application.

4. What happens after cancellation

When paid access ends, your Reovan account may revert to the Free plan. Drafts, published websites, branding, and lead features are then subject to the current Free-plan limits. Websites above the applicable publication allowance may be suspended until usage is reduced or a paid subscription becomes active again.

5. Refunds

Except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to a refund, transactions are generally non-refundable. Paddle may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under its then-current refund policy, including certain requests made shortly after a transaction.

To request a refund, use Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net. You may also contact Reovan support if you need help identifying a transaction or explaining a service issue.

Any mandatory consumer withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights that apply where you live take priority over this Policy.

6. Billing mistakes and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact Paddle or Reovan support promptly with the transaction details. Do not send full payment-card numbers through Reovan support.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact Paddle or Reovan support before initiating a payment dispute so the transaction can be reviewed. This does not limit any lawful right you have to dispute a charge.

8. Policy updates

We may update this Policy when Reovan's plans, billing model, or applicable requirements change. The policy and mandatory rights applicable to a transaction remain subject to Paddle's buyer terms and applicable law.

9. Contact

For product support, use the Reovan "Contact us" or "Help" form. For transaction, invoice, cancellation, or refund processing, Paddle's buyer support is the primary billing channel. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
